New feature in WhatsApp allows to transfer money within WhatsApp contacts using UPI. "PAYMENT FEATURE": to enable this feature one must receive notification from other person who had already enabled the feature. Below picture provides better understanding.

New update allows "voice recording" much easier. Just slide up to lock the record button.

New Emoji's are rolled out through play store.

Version: 2.17.288 beta 1. When typing text you can tap and hold to select the text , then scroll down the Menu to easily bold, strike-through, ETC. 2. While using camera, you can now swipe up to see all of your photos and videos from gallery.  

Now Chats can be "Pinned" Steps: Long press to get options then select the "PIN" icon on the top.

WhatsApp has introduced 2step verification. Available from version 2.16.343. WhatsApp--> account settings --> Two step Settings --> Enable 

Now WhatsApp allows to search all the chat content. Earlier it was restricted within chat window. Now it searches all the chat windows in the account and publishes results.

How to mute the group notifications in WhatsApp. Select menu from the group and you could find mute option. Group Menu --> Mute--> uncheck Notifications --> Ok

To enable whatsapp calling feature. Update the whatsapp version 2.11.561 . Then ask you friend who has got the feature enabled to  call you. Once u receive it the feature is enabled. Happy calling Happy Talking

Update your whatsApp on play store (2.11.498) Then go the url: web.whatsApp.com, once u will receive QR code. Now on Phone(whatsapp) , click menu (where you can find New Group, New broadcast) then WhatsApp Web
