How to mute the group notifications in WhatsApp. Select menu from the group and you could find mute option. Group Menu --> Mute--> uncheck Notifications --> Ok

Update your whatsApp on play store (2.11.498) Then go the url: web.whatsApp.com, once u will receive QR code. Now on Phone(whatsapp) , click menu (where you can find New Group, New broadcast) then WhatsApp Web
